In the spirit of the lazy days of summer, these posts are going to be a touch less rigorous. We will focus the majority of our learning on discussion and creative prompts and less on the worksheets/activities this month. This break is just about reading a book for pure fun of it. After our little breather we are right back at it in the fall :)
Summary
This section is definitely worth a summary. We got a lot going on. Mom’s gone for the weekend, so you know things are gonna go off the rails. We have a bring you sons to work moment, where Fudge almosts loses his father another account. (Will these parents ever learn?) Then there is a trip to the movies that has about 5 minutes worth of peace before you guessed it, more madness, in this case a lost child. And let’s not forget our ending and very dramatic climax, a swallowed turtle, a multi day stay in a hospital and reunion. Phew! It’s even tiring just trying to remember it all! But more than what happens, we want to break it down in a theme we can process all these plot points through. And this week that is Point of View.
